Restaurant Papiermühle

The Papiermühle restaurant is located in the picturesque and historic St Alban Tal, on the banks of the Rhine. It is surrounded by old half-timbered houses and modern architecture, the Medieval city wall, the St Alban church (Basels oldest monastery church) and small, romantic canals that wend their way between the buildings. Look forward to a delicious brunch featuring house-baked breads and plaited loaves, cheese and meat, fresh yoghurt-honey muesli and fruit salad, eggs, bacon and sausages, house-made antipasti plus jams and honeys from the Basel region.

Restaurant Papiermühle provides a relaxed ambience. It is situated in the tradition-steeped St. Alban district, just a few steps from the Rhine and an easy walk from the Museum für Gegenwartskunst (Museum of Contemporary Art) and the Papiermuseum (Paper Museum).
