The multiple award-winning gourmet restaurant Bel Etage offers uncomplicated, market-based gourmet cuisine with a French influence. The restaurant has been managed for years by Michelin-starred chef Michael Baader, who has been pouring his passion into the venture since the very beginning. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the art hotel and set in four historical rooms in the mediaeval town house. Bel Etage offers à la carte dishes, as well as three different menus in the evenings and business luncheons at lunchtime. All menus are served with excellent wines. Bel Etage also boasts an extensive wine list with over 400 wines. In summer, the restaurant relocates to the courtyard of the Gallery Hotel where guests can dine on the summer terrace under the shade of a sun awning.
