Head chef Christoph Hartmann is a passionate hunter and attaches great importance to carefully selected produce and treating animals and nature with respect. The menu is available with meat and fish or as a vegetarian option. To accompany your meal, you can choose from a selection of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, or one of over 500 wines. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Kunsthotel, in the newly refurbished rooms of a medieval town house.
