Vegetarian, vegan, local. LAUCH is situated in the heart of Kleinbasel and features a lovely garden terrace with a view. The restaurant serves premium vegetarian and vegan cuisine made exclusively with local, sustainable products from the Basel region. For lunch, the restaurant serves a simple dish. At dinner time, guests will enjoy a four-course tasting menu (also available à la carte), including natural wines and other specialities from the region.
