The modern menu offers a selection of products, preparations and flavour combinations, some of which set themselves apart from typical everyday dishes and bring a fresh dynamic to the plate. All dishes are freshly home-made. The meat comes exclusively from free-range farms, and is of the highest quality and as regional as possible. The wine selection focuses on Europe, while the spirits include a glittering array of national specialities. The menu is seasonal and changes completely every three months with the turning of the seasons.
