Picture This started with a smartphone video from a bedroom, Amistat on the street. Today, both acts reach an audience of millions with strong melodies, acoustic guitars and personal stories.
Ryan Hennessy of Picture This recorded «Take My Hand» in his bedroom on his iPhone. Shortly afterwards, the song was played on Irish radio and went viral. Josef and Jan Prasil, the twin brothers who together form Amistat, started their career as buskers. Today both acts play in halls, arenas, clubs and at festivals. «Intimate & Powerful» tells of humble beginnings with a huge impact. What remains are acoustic guitars, brilliantly arranged vocals, personal stories and a direct connection with the audience. Their music preserves something that can easily be lost on big stages: the feeling that it was created right now, specifically for this one space.
