Reimbursement of BaselCard reduction for group tours

Group tour operators can apply for a 25% reduction on the regular admission price. For this they use the following Form.

Procedure for group tours:

  • Tour Operator books tour at normal group rate
    Admission according to booking. Please note: BaselCards of individual group members may NOT be scanned upon admission.
  • Tour Operator demands 25% reduction Form back.
  • Basel Tourismus arranges for a refund to Tour Operator.
