Around 250 people can be served simultaneously in three differently designed areas.

The wing-shaped main room is the heart of the venue—the loft. Equipped with a whole range of multifunctional options, the space can be adapted to virtually any conceivable ambience. The loft-like room has excellent infrastructure and impresses with its high level of multifunctionality. The in-house kitchen also spoils customers with culinary delicacies.

The slightly smaller anteroom features a classic bar that will satisfy the wishes of all employees and also promises an extremely fascinating view of the harbor basin.

Last but not least, the curved outdoor terrace impresses with its imposing size and a unique view of the Rhine.

The Sandoase loft near the border triangle is the ideal location for conferences and exclusive events all year round.

In the summer months, palm trees and grains of sand transform the sun terrace into a tropical beach bar. In winter, the location is transformed into a fairytale winter village right on the banks of the Rhine.

The spacious outdoor terrace offers a wonderful view of our neighboring countries Germany and France.
