Magical Courtyard Löwenzorn

The Löwenzorn restaurant with its wonderful, traditional Basel courtyard now stands in the place where blacksmiths plied their trade in the 14th century. The courtyard garden is transformed into a magical courtyard during the run-up to Christmas, allowing guests to enjoy the magic created by its rich history – even when it gets really cold outside. Furs, blankets and radiant heaters provide cosy warmth, and you can also have a hot-water bottle on request. Candles on the tables, the softly lit magnolia and twinkling fairy lights create an unrivalled romantic ambience.

Enrich the moment further still with a hot mulled wine, a Hot Jamie or a delicious dinner. The full menu, not to mention the delicious cheese fondue special, is available in the courtyard.
