Fresh and new, the Erlenmattpark is situated in the district of the same name. Formerly the Deutsche Bahn rail freight site, the park and its centrepiece, the green space called “im Triangel”, have evolved into a new local recreation area.

At the same time, the public, 5.7-hectare green space between the construction sites forms a green corridor as a central link that runs through the Erlenmatt from north to south.
