From 2 to 27 July 2025, Switzerland will be in the spotlight at the European Women’s Football Championship – and Basel will be right in the middle of it. Some of the most important matches are scheduled at the St. Jakob-Park football stadium: the opening match, two group matches, a quarter-final and the final.

After a memorable tournament in England in 2022, Switzerland will now have the honour of hosting the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025. The tournament begins in Basel on 2 July with the match between Switzerland and Norway. On 8 July, Germany and Denmark will play each other and on 13 July, the Netherlands and France will meet.

These parking spaces are free of charge and can be used for up to 24 hours. You can then reach Basel city centre quickly and easily by public transport from the nearby Bundesplatz or Wielandplatz stops.
