Safety precautions for seminars

  • The protection concept applies to all hotel businesses that offer events (e.g. seminars). The measures listed below must be observed by all establishments. The cantonal Authorities carry out strict controls. The companies can carry out additional company-specific Implement measures. Legal hygiene and protection guidelines already in force must continue to be observed (e.g. in the food sector and for the general health protection of employees). Furthermore, all provisions of Ordinance 2 on measures to combat coronavirus (COVID-19) apply.
  • This protection concept is valid until revoked. In case of doubt, the German version of this protection concept shall apply. For groups of guests, the definition in the protection concept for the hospitality industry applies.
  • The establishment shall ensure compliance with the protection concept on its own responsibility. The concept does not replace the protection concept for the hospitality industry, which must be observed for the catering sector.
