A visit to the famous Basel chocolatier allows you a precious insight into the manufacturing, processing and refining of chocolate, followed of course by some tasting. Afterwards you can put your newly gained knowledge into practice and create your own type of chocolate, assisted by master chocolatier Pascal Beschle.
