Perfekte Lage des Hotels mit sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Parkplätze vor dem Haus zwar knapp, aber vorhanden. Sehr hilfsbereites professionelles Personal. Extrem angenehmer Atmosphäre in dem kleinen familiären Hotel.

Quite spacious room and kind staffs. Breakfast is also very nice. The most important part of this hotel, the yellow rubber duck! My nine years old son fell love with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The location is quite good as it is very close to transports and also to the old town. In this times of the covid pandemic, the cleanliness and the availability of protection materials was good as well.

Zimmer 309 lag sehr ruhig und hatte den Blick auf den kleinen Garten. Komfortabel genug und das Frühstück ebenfalls. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und verbreitet gute Laune. Mein Auto konnte ich vor dem Hotel parken. Besser geht es nicht.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Spalentor. I was there for business at Univ Basel and my husband and daughter on vacation. The highlight was the breakfast and being so close to the Gate and old town. Staff was helpful and nice. A memorable stay!

Réservation a été poue 2 chambres au lieu d'une. Accueil: il n'a pas été réalisé l'après-midi que je me suis déjà inscrit la matin! Trop de changement de personnel à l'accueil!

Für ein Kulturweekend in Basel ist die Lage des Hotels ideal. Das Auto kann stehenbleiben denn fast alles ist mit Tram oder Bus und auch zuFuß leicht zu erreichen.

Obwohl sich das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung befindet, konnte man gut schlafen. Die Lärmbelästigung war kaum spürbar. Das Frühstückbuffet war vielseitig und sehr gut.
