Monthly tour of September "Murder and manslaughter"

We'll guide you through the old districts of Grossbasel and make you more familiar with the types of punishment handed down by the courts of law since the 15th century. You'll find out more about public humiliation and corporal punishment, as well as executioners and gravediggers. Where did they live in those days? What did they do? We'll also shed some light on women's roles. What kinds of things would get them branded a criminal? And when did they help to catch offenders? You can look forward to a killer tour full of excitement.
