Fire comes in many facets and has always played a big part in life on the Rhine – be it in the form of roaring blazes or street lamps or as a source of energy. You’ll experience the fascinating history of fire and flames at important sites around Basel – such as Münsterplatz, Fasnachtsgasse and Gemsberg.
