Dr. Rose-Maria Gropp is a journalist, editorialist, art specialist and critic. She writes about art in all its manifestations and was a long-time contributor to the arts pages of theFrankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. In her new book, she turns to Picasso’s companions, lovers and models, exploring their personalities, their life stories and their webs of social relations. Following the book presentation, Raphaël Bouvier and the author will discuss various aspects of Picasso’s life and work. Event participants will then be able to purchase the book from the museum shop and have it signed by the author.
Admission to the museum is included in the event ticket. The exhibitions can be viewed ahead of the event.
