‣ Doors: 18:00, Start: 18:30 // 75 min.
Join us after work for a multi-sensorial experience... Taking you on a journey from stillness to a fun and invigorating flow with electronic music, back to blissed-out relaxation.
This isn't your typical vinyasa yoga class. You're in for a soulful and melodic ride, a good sweat, and some delicious relaxation time. With Singer Klub's sound system and lighting, Nour Elise's music selection and soothing voice, you're in for a treat and likely to journey deep...
You'll tone, strengthen and lengthen your body in a way that only yoga can while connecting to your breath, deepening your body awareness and releasing stress. You'll leave each class feeling empowered and inspired to keep your practice going.
Doors will open at 6pm, giving you the opportunity to come early and mingle with the community if you feel like.
Don't forget to bring a mat and a water bottle!
Lastly, please try to come at least 5-10min early to get comfortably set up and so we can start on time.
Let's flow together loves ❤️
