In their works, Anselm Stalder and Ivan Mitrović share a deep engagement with the interconnectedness of human existence and social structures, even if they take different artistic approaches. The works reflect general and personal experiences and stories, and are oriented towards topicality and history. The search for specific visual languages that enable deeper insights into existence connects the two works and invites the audience to view complex connections from a wide variety of perspectives, as the subtitle of the exhibition suggests.
