The Löwenzorn restaurant with its wonderful, traditional Basel courtyard now stands in the place where blacksmiths plied their trade in the 14th century. The courtyard garden is transformed into a magical courtyard during the run-up to Christmas, allowing guests to enjoy the magic created by its rich history – even when it gets really cold outside. You can snuggle up in furs and blankets in the Magical Courtyard Löwenzorn, or even ask for a hot water bottle, while patio heaters provide additional, welcome warmth. Candles on the tables, the softly lit magnolia and fairy lights add to the romantic ambience of the magical courtyard.
