Travelling to the St.Jakob's Hall

The St. Jakobshalle is located on the south-eastern edge of the city and is easy to get to by public transport or by car. There are tram and bus stops directly in front of the hall. Parking is available at the nearby St. Jakob multi-storey car park. You will find the most important information for your journey here:

Travelling to the St.Jakob's Hall by train

Basel has not one, but two centrally located railway stations that connect Switzerland with nearby Germany and France. Both these stations have direct public transport connections to the Basel St.Jakob's Hall.

  • Tram No. 8 in the direction of «Weil am Rhein, Bahnhof/Zentrum», get off at «Aeschenplatz» tram stop, then take Tram No. 14 in the direction of «Pratteln, Schlossstrasse», get off at «St.Jakob» tram stop
  • Tram No. 10 in the direction of «Dornach, Bahnhof», get off at «Aeschenplatz» tram stop, then take Tram No. 14 in the direction of «Pratteln, Schlossstrasse», get off at «St.Jakob» tram stop
