During the workshop you will receive an exclusive insight into a traditional chocolate-maker’s atelier and bakery now run by the third generation of a local family. You will taste raw and roasted cocoa beans as well as various chocolate creations with a variety of flavours. Choose from a range including delicious 100% Grand Cru Truffe and a flavoured matcha chocolate bar. During the guided tasting, you’ll become a chocolate connoisseur and creator.
In addition to the three bars they create, all participants will receive a sweet give-away.
