Description

We are situated in the Waldenburg Valley in the beautiful Baselbiet, 3 km from Liestal and 20 km from Basel. Awaiting you here are two buildings that are wholly different in style. For the one part the fully renovated, listed, historic part and then the ‘Design’ extension building, which combines history and modernity in sophisticated fashion and blends harmoniously and yet with exciting contrasts into the rural surroundings. Also lovingly known as the ‘Baselbieter Rütli’, the hotel is located in the lovely Baselbiet at the intersection of the Hauenstein line, the Waldenburg Valley and the Reigoldswil Valley. Available to guests of the Bad Bubendorf is a free car park with space for 160 cars. You can, however, also happily leave your car at home, as the public bus service from Basel and the Waldenburg railway service from Liestal stop right outside the hotel. And anyone who after a wholly successful function or romantic dinner no longer wants to drive home can stay the night in the hotel.
