The Hyperion Hotel Basel is located on the site of the exhibition centre, in the 105 m high Messeturm (trade fair tower). The 224 air-conditioned rooms and suites are situated from the fifth to the 14th floors and offer superior comfort. Excellent accueil à la réception, notamment à notre arrivée : le jeudi 5/3 vers 18 H. Chambre très confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Formule hôtel + musée + transport très appréciée. Personnel très courtois. Hôtel spacieux et belle architecture intérieure.

Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the woman who helped me with my room (below) and the gentleman who set up a taxi for me for the airport the evening before I had to leave Basel. They spoke excellent English and I felt they were very genuine, friendly people, so important when jet-lagged and so far from my own home.

Excellent help from Basel tourism office. I had made a mistake and they were extremely polite and helpful in rectifying my error. Directed me to the website also which had wonderful information. The accommodations at the Ramada were nice and I loved the fact that there was a nice restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi and mobility ticket.
