Description
The stylish 3-star hotel is right by the Swiss railway station (SBB) and just a few minutes' walk away from Basel's old town. The hotel adjoins the 4-star Hotel Euler. Both hotels have been owned by the Manz family for many years. The City Inn boasts 30 non-smoking rooms, including 8 deluxe rooms and a family suite. Many of the rooms in the 3-storey building can be accessed by lift.

Wir hatten ja das Arrangement mit dem Besuch des Tattoos gebucht. Das hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Erfreulich war auch, dass wir mit dem Basel-Card den ÖV gratis nutzen konnte.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Bahnhof Basel SBB, man kann auch zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen. Das Paketangebot mit Übernachtung, Eintritt und Mobility Ticket war eine gute Kombination.

Accueil très sympa, mais nous avons dû faire un très très long trajet pour arriver à notre chambre. Mais chambre très calme et confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Café et croissant à 3 heures lundi servis à la réception (super sympa).

Wir fanden es toll dass wir gratis Bus und Tram benützen durften und uns im Hotel diese Karte übergeben wurde. Als wir zurückkamen war der Koffer schon auf dem Zimmer, toller Service.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert, man hört von den Nebenzimmern keine Geräusche. Als allein reisende Frau, habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt.
