Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stock mit einer Aussicht auf die Dächer und sehr hell. Es war modern und standard mässig eingerichtet (Finken, Schuhlöffel, Wäschesack, Schuhputzschwamm, Bodylotion, Duschhaube, Watte und Wattestäbchen, etc.). Alles was ich in einem 4* Haus erwarte war vorhanden. Die Bettwäsche schön frisch/sauber und die weisse Frottiertücher weich. Es gab auch noch Informationen über Basel und eine Gute Nacht Geschichte mit zwei weissen Toblerone Schöggeli. Minibar und Nespresso Maschine mit Tee und Kapseln waren aufgefüllt. Ich war auch über die Lage sehr begeistert. In wenigen Schritten ist man im Zentrum beim Marktplatz. Gute Tramverbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten! TOP!

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders der Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend, auch Service bei Frühstück sehr nette Bedienung. Zimmer und Nasszellen sehr sauber. Was wir sehr gut fanden, zentral und nur ein paar Schritte zu ÖV, Hotel trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

très joli hôtel, très bien situé. La chambre était très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Pas de bruit. Le personnel souriant et très serviable. on s'y sent bien tout de suite et nous y retournerons bien volontiers . Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Basel.

Meine Frau und ich sind auch dieses Mal mit dem Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt Basel sehr zufrieden. Auch der Weihnachtsmarkt und die Dekoration in den Strassen war sehr schön.

La disponibilité du personnel, leur attention en s'adressant à nous en français, lieu central facilement accessible dans un très joli cadre. Le repas au restaurant a été également de très bonne qualité. La machine a café gratuite, ainsi que le minibar sont un joli cadeau. Trouvé l'hôtel dans la promotion Chagall de basel tourism.

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et amabilité du personnel. Un élément très important est l'attention particulière réservée aux enfants tant à l'hôtel qu'au restaurant. La chambre était très propre et soignée, avec des petits plus très appréciables comme les boissons, les produits de qualité, un peignoir...

Wir wurden sehr freundliche Empfangen und meine Frau wurde als Geburtstagskind total beachtet und erhielt jene Geschenke. Sogar im Dessert am Abend im Restaurant wurde ein Feuerwerk gezündet.
