Description
The 4-star hotel GAIA has been run according to the motto “come as a guest, leave as a friend!” since 1929. The hotel is dedicated to the well-being of its guests – as well as to the future of the next generations and our beautiful planet.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt neben dem Bahnhof, zu Fuss sind es nur wenige Minuten in die Altstadt. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und familiär. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisches Frühstück im Hotl Gaia! Alle angebotenen Produkte sind von großer Klasse! Basel: beindruckend sauber und aufgeräumt, erstaunlich wenig Autoverkehr in der Stadt, dank sehr gut funktionierendem Nahverkehr und toll ausgebauter Infrastruktur für Fahrräder :-)

Sehr sauber, unheimlich freundliches Personal, das oft schon ganz viele Jahre im Haus tätig ist und sich auch damit 'identifiziert'. Das merkt man auf Schritt und Tritt.

Hotel very noisy. Impossible to sleep with windows open. Breakfast very bland and not of the standard of a 4 star hotel (industrial orange juice, no taste whatsowever...). Disappointing experience and wouldn't stay in this hotel again. One positive fact was the friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

C'était la 2ème fois que nous séjournions dans l'hôtel St Gothard. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable, nous avons eu un surclassement de chambre ce qui n'est pas négligeable, tout était parfait.

das hotel gotthard ist sehr schön. das personal extrem freundlich, super zimmer speziell badezimmer, klasse frühstück, sehr zentrale lage direkt am bahnhof die auf dem weihnachtsmarkt offerierte feuerzangenbowle war sehr fein, die leute sehr freundlich
