Magnifique endroit avec une équipe extraordinaire d’amabilité et de professionnalisme. La situation géographique est très appréciable pour visiter l’ensemble de la ville. Je suis déjà triste d’avoir quitté cette ville magique.

Das gesamte Personal war: gut gelaunt; ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus und Bettwäsche. Das Frühstück bot eine bemerkenswerte Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen. Dort herrscht eine friedliche und wohlwollende Atmosphäre. Gut gemacht !!! Danke.

Ich finde Ihr Angebot - einen Baselaufenthalt mit Museumsbesuch - sehr anregend. Wir waren gespannt auf die Übenrnachtung in der Jugendherberge und waren positiv überrascht über die Archtitektur und das Angebot. Die Hopper-Ausstellung war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Überaus freundlicher Empfang, bei Fragen stets interessiert und kompetent. Beim Einchecken gab man uns den Rat, das Zimmer auf der Seite des Baches zu buchen, das sei schöner - vielen Dank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft.

Wir haben eine "Museums Tour" gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Uns hat die Professionalität und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen in der Unterkunft, in den Museen beeindruckt (trotz Weihnachtsstress!). Da es noch viel Neues für uns zu sehen gibt, werden wir gerne noch einmal zu Ihnen kommen.

The Jugendherberge is a beautiful and interesting building in a location that is quiet but still easy walking distance to the centre of Basel. The breakfasts and dinner were good, and the staff helpful and friendly. There was some minor confusion about my booking, and it was dealt with quickly, and in a very generous way.

Es war im Schlafbereich erstaunlich ruhig in der Unterkunft, obwohl sie über 200 Betten hat. Auch die Anzahl der Sanitäranlagen passt. Super pragmatisch und zugleich ästhetisch ansprechend eingerichtet.

Ich finde die Jugi sehr angenehm und so eingerichtet, dass man sich darin wohl fühlen kann. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage sehr schön. Ich war schon mehrfach in Basel, aber noch nicht seit dem Umbau. Der ist sehr gelungen!

kommunikatives Empfangspersonal, präzise Auskünfte. Alles(!) sehr unprätentiös und sinnvoll in Bezug auf die Abläufe. Sehr sauber, die sparsame Ausstattung der Herberge macht im Zusammenhang großen Sinn, so dass ich eigentlich nichts vermisst habe.

Die Jugendherberge ist ruhig, etwas ab vom Schuß, fast direkt am Rhein gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer, sanitären Anlagen, Aufenthalts- und Restoräumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf lassen sich ausleihen oder käuflich erwerben. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl her nicht üppig, aber es war immer genug von allem da.

Sehr schönes Haus, architektonisch, atmosphärisch, Wir nahmen ein Zweier-Zimmer, das war sehr angenehm. Würde ich jederzeit wiederholen und die Jugi auch weiterempfehlen. Besonders noch hervorzuheben: Die Qualität des Frühstücks in einem sehr schönen Raum.

Die Lage der Jugendherberge war perfekt. Ein ruhiges Plätzchen und doch direkt am Rhein. Des Weiteren ist man gleich per Fuß am Marktplatz. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen, sei es per Fuß oder per Tram. Ansonsten war die Jugendherberge sehr schön, die Betten und Zimmer schön sauber. Außerdem war das Neujahr eine sehr schöne Erfahrung in Basel und das Feuerwerk auf dem Rhein spitze :) . Super Stadt, wo ich auf alle Fälle wieder hinkehre. Achso, spitze war auch, dass es Tickets für die Tramlinien im Preis der Jugendherberge inbehalten war.

Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Tolle Architektur, die auch sehr funktional ist. Die Ruhe, die dadurch erzeugt wird, ist der perfekte Rückzugsort zw. Tagesprogramm und Abendvergnügen.
