Consisting of approximately 230 works, the collection documents the approach of Hildy and Ernst Beyeler to 20th-century art and conveys central artistic aspects of classical modernism ranging from Monet, Cézanne and van Gogh to Picasso, Warhol, Lichtenstein and Bacon.
