Description

Basel's Town Hall is a combination of fine architecture, art and politics from five centuries. The splendid building on Marktplatz is still the seat of government of the canton of Basel-City today. On our tour through the rooms of the canton's representative parliament and of the Governing Council, we will inform you of the political history of the city and the current situation within the City-canton.

Additional charge

Tours ending after 6.00 pm are subject to an evening surcharge of CHF 60.
Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to an express surcharge of CHF 50.

Conditions/extras

This tour is available from 7 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays. The availability of the premises is on request.
