Description Conference Center
Are you looking for a practice and event space with great acoustics in the centre of Basel?
The First Church of Christ, Scientist, a listed building that was originally designed by famous architect Otto Rudolf Salvisberg, was painstakingly restored and converted by the Basel architecture firm Beer Merz Architekten. It has now been transformed into a wonderful practice and event space. Light floods in through the two window facades, and the space boasts professional equipment, a truly unique atmosphere and a brand-new graduated wooden stage.
The space is not only ideal for choirs and bands to practice and record in, but also for events such as members’ meetings, training sessions and workshops. With modern equipment, including a Wi-Fi laser projector, a screen and a sound system, this space turns any event into an experience. Make your event a truly special occasion with a musical performance of a small section of the Sinfonieorchester Basel.
