THE FUTURE OF ETHICS IN SPORTS,
BUSINESS & POLITICS –
WHEN VALUES MEET PERFORMANCE
Alongside the UEFA Womens’ EURO 2025
The 7th World Summit on Ethics and Leadership in Sports (WSELS) aims to define the role of sports in solving societal problems and to celebrate best practice examples of ethical sportsmanship.
As women’s sports take center stage globally, the Summit offers a vital platform to advocate for inclusivity, transparency, and respect across all sports. Addressing both challenges and opportunities, the event will inspire actionable strategies for fostering ethical resilience in sports leadership.
The summit will also elaborate on what business and politics can learn from sports and showcase leadership and teambuilding learnings in the sports arena.
This 7th WSELS will convene global decision-makers from sports, politics, business, academia, and NGOs and feature a mix of keynote addresses, panel discussions, and breakout sessions, all designed to foster collaboration and propose a forward-thinking agenda for action.
Who we are
The 7th World Summit on Ethics & Leadership in Sports is an initiative of The World Forum for Ethics in Business (WFEB), a Brussels-based global NGO with special consultative status at the United Nations’ ECOSOC. The Summit is a continuation of WFEB’s dedicated Ethics in Sports conference series. Earlier summits were held in collaboration with institutions such as FIFA, FC Union Berlin and Anti-Doping Norway.
