Veranstaltungsdetails
Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine. It connects us to our inner truth and will bring you the message you need at present on your journey through life.
In this ceremony, we will drink a beverage of raw cacao, letting go of what no longer serves us to make room for all the positive qualities and new possibilities we invite into our lives. Cacao is an important source of antioxidants, magnesium, iron and zinc, and helps us produce dopamine, endorphins and serotonin, which all have a positive and significant impact on our mood.
We will use this gained energy to dance through the 5 elements; from earth to water, fire, air to space and back to earth. Dancing can be as wild, gentle or unconventional as you feel it to be. Get out of your head, connect with your body and heart, and let go of everyday life for a few hours.
For the cacao to have a good effect, it is recommended to eat very lightly before the ceremony. If possible, do not drink coffee or black tea before the ceremony and drink plenty of water instead!
Bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothes for dancing.
We recommend that people who are taking antidepressants or have any serious heart problems do not drink a ceremonial portion of cacao. However, you are still welcome to drink a homeopathic portion. You are liable and take full responsibility for this decision.

About the instructor:
As a Swiss citizen, chocolate was always something that was very much available, but I never liked it. Far too sweet, heavy…. Not my thing.
Only after being introduced to organic, raw chocolate that was made out of pure cacao and a few other ingredients did I start loving cacao!
One day I went to a ceremony that included dancing, and there I found my teacher and my passion. Getting out of the head and into the heart, allowing the body to move freely and express what is inside, using cacao as medicine and the body as an instrument of self-expression.
I’m honored to be guiding you through that process!
