From the cocoa bean through processing to finishing, learn all about the cocoa process and the history of Swiss chocolate. During the workshop you can also sample raw and roasted cocoa beans and different cocoa creations. From the delicious 100% Grand Cru Truffe to the flavoured matcha chocolate bar, discover a variety of local creations from traditional chocolatiers and innovative newcomers.

All participants will receive a sweet give-away.
