The gallery sees its role as providing a stage for internationally renowned artists, as well as a platform for young up-and-coming artists.
In addition to regional artworks, this gallery also shows works by expressionist groups of artists such as Rot-Blau and Gruppe 33, informal paintings, contemporary art, photographs, sculptures and other exhibits. Ficher Rohr is not primarily a sales platform for contemporary art from South America. Instead, it offers artists the opportunity to display their works following particular concepts. The artists themselves are often responsible for selecting the works to be exhibited.
