Adler-Freigehege (Volerie des Aigles)

In the midst of the Alsace region, close to the château du Haut-Kœnigsburg and in the heart of the wine-growing region, the old walls of the Burg Kintzheim tower above the fir trees below. Above the ancient, moss-covered walls large, dark figures swoop and circle in the air. Amongst the participants in this impressive aerial display are eagles, condors, vultures, falcons and owls. Visitors to the sanctuary can observe these creatures from distance in free flight, but also up close within the grounds of the sanctuary.
