Eagle preserve (Volerie des Aigles)
A conservation area for birds of prey has been set up in the ruins of the mediaeval castle of Kintzheim, near to the famous Alsace wine route.
Eagles, condors, vultures, falcons, owls and other birds of prey live within the walls of the castle, some in cages, others in preserves.
